All members of Rebirth Initiative will participate in road walk in a local government once in year for the purpose of publicity.

Various training and capacity building programmes will be carried out for members in the area of their specialty.

Excellence performance principle involves the processes/ steps each member takes to achieve goals or the process of planning and mapping out strategies to achieve the lay down goals and objective, taking necessary action to actualize his/her dream in life.
Our desire is to see every member great in his/her field, become a great achiever, a role model, and be the best at his/her profession. Imbibing the excellence principle is a necessary criteria for becoming successful. But the average individual’s mentality of excellence is low and can be easily influenced by the thoughts of discouragement and putting him in motion of fantasy which connects with the social factor of negativity in place of productivity.
