Rebirth initiative is an initiative prompt to discover and develop young people at what they do and be better at their specialization or where they derive passion from. we believe that the effective use of their innate potential can solve problems and stir the intuitive value to be productive in their immediate environment and become role models that will influence the younger generation towards change and national transformation.
Rebirth initiative also aim at setting up a platform where gifted minds could express and share their dreams with people of like mind for the purpose of activating the courage and capacity to succeed and erase the mind-set of impossibility. This will be achieved through seminars, workshop, training and development programmes, skill acquisition programmes and internship to ensure practical application of their idea to prepare them for nation building.
Our hope is to function as a network that transforms the lives of young people/youth that value And appreciate is immediate environment, his state, country with the intention using his/her skill acquire to influence and add value to people around his state, local government, country. A great man will say that to influence the world start adding to people in your environment.
Rebirth initiative believe that every Haman-being was born with a gift and a purpose to fulfill in lives if he/she was given asses to information, innovation, exposure and training in the area of passion/specialization will change the orientation of every young Nigeria of fear of failing and unemployment in this country: but activate the innate capacity that see himself has the solution to unemployment, a wealth creator, a initiator of productive idea and an informant of knowledge for nation building.
We aim to achieve this by gathering gifted hands in their residing community of their local government to motivate and inspire them in a monthly empowerment programmed with resource personnel to share with them how their dream came to reality, how to sell ideas, how to succeed with the provision of training and development of individual in his area of specialization as provided with the main purpose to elevate their mind to be productive and the possibility of national transformation.

THE REBIRTH INITIATIVE MANDATE
Our greatest need presently in Africa is leadership. To build a greater nation, “human capital” is a necessary step needed for national transformation. Human capital is a means of investing and discovery of potential, ability, skill and resources in human being which can be used for production, creativity, innovation, growth and development for the society at large.
